Probably fucked, it's ebay after all. The other problem with auctions like this is that the sellers tend to use the absolute minimum of packing material (I've had consoles sent in jiffy bags before) because it lowers their postage costs, so even if it isn't dead right now, it probably will be by the time it gets to you.
