Sure, if you're bying :drinkers: But I'm not sure if raw fish would go down well with waitresses doing tricks with ping pong balls.. judging from the sign it could very well be that sort of joint :-D
:smt043 . Ahhh, Paulo.... ;-) If someone can prouve that this isn't made by photoshop, i eat my shoes. :smt030
Definitely looks photoshopped to me. The sign looks slapped on and the shadow doesn't look right. Also bits where the roof joins looks off to me too as the lighting is off. But yeh, if it wasn't fake I would eat there provided the food didn't taste like cheesy fish :smt082
:smt043 You should take a pic! Would be nice to see some genuine engrish instead of all these photoshopped pics :smt045
I'll see what I can do. I've never seen the shop, was just looking up somewhere to get food one night in the yellow pages & I noticed it there. Bet they get loads of custom!
I'm thinking right away that it's prolly a photoshop, as I find it really hard to believe a Japanese restarauant would be called "Fuk Mi" - if it is indeed a Japanese place, they are missing a part of the last syllable; it would be something like "Fuku Mi" or "Fuka Mi" or something. Doesn't make sense = prolly a fake. Although there is this Chinese place up in Portland that I've seen that's called something like Hung Far Low - I think the pic was also featured on Engrish.com or something, I'll have to find it. EDIT: Here you are: The giant neon-lit (at least at night) dogbone advertising the place, and the street level entrance sign. :smt043
The person who made that is just copying the names of the two Japanese twins from Auston Powers Gold Member. THey are called Fuk Mi and Fuk Yu. They're not real names of course :smt082 Yakumo
