No but I saw a documentory that interviewed some ladyboys from Thailand. I admit they were probably the most difficult to tell at first glance and modern surgery isn't making it any easier but I still don't think it has reached the point of being 100% foolproof.

SEGA made a lot of product placement back in the day, they also got the Saturn and DC in many teen movies like death man on campus, shes all, showtime and that one about a anthropologist thats faking his research using their kids (cant remember the damn name).
