Even in Japan they are pretty hard to find as the batch made have sold out and there are no plans to make a second one, I know where one is and I will purchase it today even it is is 22,000 yen.

The non Japanese mailing list is here, just in case they do make a second batch.

Your best bet to try and find a machines is to post an advert here.

Hmmm... You can still order them on the Japanese site though: http://www.msx.d4e.co.jp/
At least there's no "sold out" notice.

I was thinking that perhaps, if there was more people interested in it, we could finance you a trip to Japan in order to buy a bunch of machines ;)

I found out today that Trader are one of the distributors of the 1 Chip MSX so they have a number of them. All you need is someone in Japan to go there and buy you one.

I'll have to decline as it's more hassle then it's worth for me.

Still going to think about buying the 1 Chip MSX or a real MSX 2+... then there is either buying a MSX joypad (not cheap) or hacking a Master System pad or building a convertor lead.

Ok so i'm back. The only one i actually saw was in a case in Trader 2 and they didn't seem (or understand me enough) to want to sell it. I'm actually not sure if it's faulty or i just fucked up.

Sorry dude. Oh I have a picture, I’ll find it when I’m less jet lagged/smelly.

(Also came home without a fucking blue DS.. saaqsdgjadlkgjqalktrjq3 so pissed).
