WTB: Apple Cube - Only the case

Kind of an odd one but i thought i'd give it a try.

I'm searching for a broken Apple Cube, or the case only. That's what I need. These things fetch horrible prices on ebay...i mean the working ones. I've never seen a case on ebay.

Anyone?

Yeah they appear on eBay fairly frequently and have frustrated the crap out of me for months as I am looking for a cheap, complete one. Badly listed 'cases' sometimes seem like the complete thing....grr! I take it you are going for the classic Cube 'Fish Tank?' ;-)

What a waste of a cube But at least you don't want to gut one.

I have a 2' x 6' (that's feet, not inches) hanging banner for the Cube. It's screen printed on fabric, official advert. Very nice. I don't think you can use it to make an aquarium though.

 

i can't indeed. well not really a waste, as i want only the case...

i wouldn't gut a wonderful apple computer to make an aquarium!

 

They are not the most reliable of machines, so it's quite frequent that they die and become reincarnated as a fish tank! ;-)
