    I'm looking for a Blank N64 Dev cart. I have one but my gang writer doesn't seem to recognize it. So I figured I'd buy another cart and hopefully figure out if my cart is the problem or the dip switches on the gang writer.

    Looking for:
    N64 Dev Cart preferably blank. I'll take 128M or 256M but would much prefer 256 if possible.

    If there is a difference between the NTSC and PAL carts then I would like a NTSC one please. The cart I'm using right now says PAL but also says NTSC on the back so I"m not sure which it is.

    the carts work on both machines, pal and ntsc.

    Yes but are you sure Gang writers are not region-locked too? I have only PAL 256 Mbit carts mate :/
