OTHER WTB: Broken stuff and parts to practise with (UK)

Hi,

I'd really like to buy some broken bits and pieces to try and repair and to use to build up a little spare parts stash if they can't be repaired. I know you can find broken things easy enough on eBay, but I suspect some of the prices are inflated because of things like eBay and PayPal fees, plus sellers suspect that people are just buying things to flip.

I'd have to ask for your trust, but I assure you I have no intention of flipping anything back on eBay, I just want to practise fixing things up without breaking the bank, my budget is limited.

I know it might seem a bit cheeky, so I apologise in advance, but if you have any bits and pieces that you perhaps bought to fix up but never had time to, or if you have any assorted spare parts you think might be useful to someone getting started in repairing things as a hobby and you can spare them, I'd be interested in buying them from you! Even just assorted spare parts, components, anything I can play with and experiment with.

I know it's a bit vague, but I thought I'd put a post out there just to see if someone has something they think might help.

I probably have loads of stuff. I gave a bunch away not long ago.

I'm also getting ready to move house, so a clear out is required.
