I'm just looking to use the case. If anybody can point me to where they sell saturn case mods then that would be good too.

Maybe someone in Japan can find you one at in the junk aisle at a shop. How cheap were you thinking? If there's a source for this sort of thing, I'd be interested in checking it out; I like white better than the black, but don't need another Saturn necessarily just for the color.

Reasonable for me is $50-$80. I just want the case. I was thinking of swapping cases with my black one and get rid of that ugly ass magenta open button.

No, I don't get it. Mine are black so I'm confused.

Ohhh, okay. The way I read it it sounded like you hated your Saturn and wanted to swap it because it had magenta buttons. NOW I get it, lol.

This dude on YouTube named lukemorse1 lives in japan and supposedly went to a store called Hard Off (No, Im not joking). He has a video of him going there. In the place there were a clutter of japanese consoles. Maybe you can ask him for the location to it or a phone number or website.

Although everyone thinks it's easy to walk into a Japanese shop and buy what you want, I can say that in the last 2 months I've been to a lot of different stores (in excess of 80) in 6 different prefectures (Ibaraki, Saitama, Gunma, Tochigi, Tokyo and Chiba) on a bike... and have found a grand total of zero Derby or This is Cool saturns, even normal saturns in cheap and clean condition has been hard to find...
