WTB: CUSTOM DREAMCAST

I need someone to build a custom dreamcast for me with a few different mods done to it.

I also need an sd card slot modded into it.
Purple power led.
THe region free bios have to be piggyback installed.
I also want a switch connected to the region change mod for safety reasons.
And of course a switch mounted for vga mod to turn it off/on.
Please make sure these mods don't block the modem area.
THe person I commission will provide the dreamcast , please ensure it to be mil-cd.
