WTB: Custom made cables

Hi guys, I need your help. I need someone to make some custom cables for a project I'm working on
I have to use them for my MICOMSOFT XSYNC-1, in order to capture an analog EURO SCART video source to my PC and contemporarily output the same signal back to my CRT TV.

For this purpose I need:

1x Female SCART RGB -> Male JP21 (3m long)
1x Din8 (MICOMSOFT connector, the same as the XRGB3 one) -> Male SCART RGB (3m long)

The essential thing is that these cables don't lose any video quality between their respective source and destination.
