Review discs are no different to final builds. I'm only looking for GD-Rs with builds that have any difference to retail builds.
Do your GD-R builds change from the retail versions?

This is a long shot, but is anyone still looking at this post? I recently came across a San Francisco Rush 2049 Demo CD for Dreamcast. There are none on eBay nor have there been for some time. I am looking to sell and am trying to determine a value. Props for 10 year old post staying alive!!!

 

I already have it, so not interested in it. But here's my 2 cents: do you have it as disc only or does it come with the sleeve? a mint copy with the sleeve is rare, disc only is not worth that much. I'd just put it up on eBay with a starting price of $1 and see where it goes. Normally I've seen it go for about $30.

These are some Japanese Dreamcast promotional discs I picked up (here) years ago - can anyone tell me what the 'Seaman' disc is exactly? I'm guessing it isn't the super expensive one mentioned in this thread (which I've just learnt about!) but I'd still like to know what it's meant to do? An expansion disc? Simple demo? It's still sealed. I'm also really curious to learn more about the history behind the crazily expensive disc that was listed on eBay - why is it so rare...does anyone have any background info?





Also, how often do the Toyota dealership discs appear on Yahoo! Japan auctions? I don't plan on buying them but they seem so impossibly rare - I don't think I've ever seen one listed on eBay over the years.

 

I have it sealed and I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is a demo that required online connection.

I have been on the lookout since 2007 for the Toyota Discs in YJ and I have only ever seen 2 for sale in 12 years, which I picked up.
A part from those 2, at some point, a seller put them ALL sealed for sale in a bundle for 3.000 €, and I couldn't afford it.
I hope I can complete the set at some point in my lifetime...

How many discs are there in total in the Toyota series? And do you have any photos of the complete set from the auction? Likewise, does anyone have any photos from the expensive Seaman disc (the auction link is on the first page but there are no photos on eBay)

If I remember correctly, there's a total of 10 Toyota Discs for the Dreamcast. I will look into my archives for the photo, but I might not have it anymore.

Of the Seaman disc I should have several photos along with other expensive discs. I will look for the photos in the upcoming days. I'm surprised there's no photos online anywhere.

 

11. Or 12 if WiLL Vi counts. There's a sample version of the Gaia one for some reason.

Does anyone have any photos of the Seaman disc I asked about earlier in this thread? (it's not the disc I have, it's the other one that's a lot rarer and mentioned by another user)

 

I remember one of the Yahoo sellers had 2 of them for sale, one used and one sealed. It looks like the sealed copy auction ended unsold (it was listed as BIN only auction for something around $2K or maybe $2,5K) so the auction is not active on Yahoo anymore.
