WTB: Dreamcast/misc manuals and case inserts

A local gameshop in my area has had some excellent deals recently concerning Dreamcast games, but the catch is that they're just the discs themselves. I'm hoping to find manuals and case inserts to make them complete again. While I'd prefer they be the US versions, I wouldn't say no to Japanese inserts as well (might be kinda funny, actually). I would have to turn down any offers for PAL inserts, though, unless they came with the case as well. I'm willing to pay $4 each for an undamaged set of manual+inserts, plus shipping.

The games I'm looking for are:
Mars Matrix
Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver
Crazy Taxi
Gundam Side Story 0079
Gauntlet Legends

Also, if anyone has the instruction manual for Poy Poy on the PSX, or a complete case+instructions for The Night Warriors on the Saturn, let me know - I'm interested in them as well.
