    As topic states I'm looking to buy a Dreamcast System Disc 2. Preferably in its original case with cover etc.

    Willing to consider it in other condition depending on the price.

    you realize that you can download and burn these also , if you want a copy that looks real check out dreamcasting on flickr.

    The homeburned .CDI doesn't work in the same way as the official GDI so it will not boot GD-R's on a retail console if that's the reason the OP wants one.
