    Is anyone willing to help me by unbricking (reflashing the Bios on my Japanese Dreamcast. I stupidly flashed a 128k flashrom to it and currently have no means of recovery.

    It's a complete bios chip replacement (non piggyback) without a switch in place.

    I will pay shipping both ways and open to offers for the price of the fix through paypal.

    I can help, but I would suggest its probably easier and cheaper to just buy another chip and install that in a piggyback fashion.

    There is no reason you cant have 2 bios chips in this arrangement, you could even hardwire one of them to not be writable
