Hi, I'd really like to buy a VA2.1 Dreamcast mobo, with or without its gd-rom drive.
If anybody here got a working one that he'd like to sell, I want it !

Here's what it looks like: [IMG]

I mainly wants it for its weird gd-rom that I could fit into a Xtremely mini-case.

    Thank you !

Is there a way to tell which version board it is without opening it up. I myself have always wanted one with the heat pipe setup on it >_>

THe revision is written on the underside of the DC, circled : [IMG]

The one I'M looking at is 2, youre looking for 0.

If you got a 2 mobo I could trade it for a heatpipe (with no mobo, but you can fit it on a regular mobo).

Sorry lol I have 2 units both have the number 1 in the circle. I never got the ones with a number 2 because they arent mill compatable :(

I will keep my eyes open for you though.

Thanks, I'd be really happy. I'm also opened to trade it for a mil-cd motherboard. So you could turn your "clean" DC into an illegal emulator/backup monster  !

    [EDIT]

Here's an highly censored picture of the bottom sticker of a VA2.1 DC

What an odd standpoint to take - censoring the picture, I mean.

That's what happen when someone ask you to "CENSOR THE SERIAL NUMBERS" and that you have too much time on your hand.

The only important point is the circled 2.

So if anybody got one, I still wanna buy or trade one.
