WTB: DTL-20400, Katana 32MB, Afterburner GBA, GB Player, GC component cable

I'm after a DTL-20400. It's for Open PS2 Loader use, so I only really need the casing as I've got a replacment HDD to go inside already. I'd take a complete 40GB unit, but I already have a PSU and PCMCIA card from my retail SCPH-10210, so they aren't really required. Empty casing complete with all screws and rubber feet preferred.

I'd also like a 32MB Katana PS2 memory card. I can only find 16MB ones where I live.

I also seek a purple Afterburner modded GBA. I'd prefer a boxed Japanese unit, but I'm not overly fussed provided it's complete and in good condition.

Next up is a boxed Japanese purple Gameboy Player. Must be complete with startup disc.

Lastly, I'm after an official Gamcube component cable.

I'm in the UK, but I'll buy from anywhere unless shipping costs prove prohibitive.
