    I'm trying to find one of these. Looking to pay about $30+shipping. The box is a nice bonus but isn't required.

    This is an official Game Boy flash cart. You would buy a blank one, then take it to a kiosk and pay to have a game flashed on. The kiosks have since disappeared, but the carts are still around.

    They're sometimes called Nintendo Power carts, but I think Nintendo Power referred to the service itself?
