WTB: Gamecube repair

APE and I could use assistance. To avoid a long story we've been working on an awesome Gamecube project filled with roadblocks.
His fix was getting the optical drive to read again, my fix was making the fan spin again.

Both issues were my own fault as I'm NOT a modder. Right now it's getting power, yet no video or spinning up the disc. The USB port also needs to be tested and mounted.
Icedcube plus Qoob Pro and region switch are installed.

Willing to ship international. Other ideas like a quieter fan I'd consider too, or save me time by flashing useful applications onto the Qoob memory.

 

are you trying to buy a replacement GC

 

Not yet. If this fails I'm getting a JPN Wii.

 

What's really the problem I have a bunch of GC's here I can reinstall the qoob pro and region switch on a new console for you.

 

After reseating the fan I put the console's DVD size top back on incorrectly. First few tries an 80 mm disc was fine, while 120 mm scraped a bit (I could tell by the sound).
Then after wiggling the top a few times I eventually saw a "check lid switch" message. After some more there's no video out.

To nitpick the console's little front bumpers are missing too.

No kidding, if nothing else I'm determined. Been working on this since 2012.

 

Send it to me I am feeling jolly , I will get you up and going and hopefully fix that case for you.

Oh also you just ship it to me I will ship it back to you for free , I totally understand when shit does not work right. Also I wont charge you a dime to do any work on your console. Maybe this is a merry christmas from me or someshit.
