Looking to find the following Gamecube Interactive Demo (Kiosk) Discs to finish the set:

Also looking for information on whether any of the EUR demos came with intstructions or sleeve insterts prior to or including April 2003 edition. No idea yet if the Australian ones ever came with cases at all as i've only ever seen disc only copies. Looking for information or to purchase AUS Discs too if anyone out there has some. No idea if all of the same ones exist as i've only seen 10/18 documented. Also for those curious some of the content on the AUS discs differs from the EUR versions.

I don't have any doubles to trade, unless you are after some PAL promo disks (Splinter Cell, Viewtiful Joe, Billy Hatcher)
