    As per title, I am looking for a complete, perfectly working Intelligent Systems Gameboy Color emulator-debugger.
    As with other items in my "core" collection, I intend to use it actively at some point.

    Luckily I am not really in dire straits, so there is no theoretical upper limit (I purchased quite a bit of non-cheap equipment in the past).
    Having said that I won't spend a completely unreasonable amount, as while it is an interesting system that I like, I already have one (but not in the condition I want) and it is not one of my favorite machine...
