I am looking for a Intelligent Systems "IS-SPC" SCSI interface card used to connect the IS-VUE-Debugger (Virtual Boy Development System) to a PC. Maybe it was also used for SNES development units?

It seems the VUE Debugger can not communicate with any other SCSI interface card than that official one. Unfortunately.

Also if anyone got his unit to work, please contact me. :)

I assume you have a VUE Debugger, then? Can you post some pictures?

That's quite a rare piece of hardware you got there, good luck on finding the missing parts and keep us up to date ;)

hmm, the VUE Debugger seems to have standard SCSI connectors. The pictures on vr32.de are not very clear. May you post a high resolution photo of the backside?

I have an IS-AGB-Capture, it has the same connector and it works fine with a standard SCSI card. I don't think that Int. Sys. used a proprietary SCSI card because that would be a lot more expensive. How is your experience with SCSI? Have you jumpered everything correctly? Probably a Terminator is needed.

There seems also a RS232 connector, or isn't it? If so, have you tried to connect via serial cable and hyperterminal?

i don't know anything about scsi, i have never used it before...
i tried to connect the debugger to my pc with an adaptec ava 2906 scsi card, but the program (ndebug. i attached an image of the program, in case you want to see how it looks. ;)) could not find it. i used a terminator on the second scsi port as said in the manual. i didn't touch the dip switches, though.

here's the operation manual if you want to have a look at it:
http://www.vr32.de/content/tech/documents/VUE Development System Preliminary Operation Manual.pdf
dip switches are explained on page 18ff.

the rs232 is a pal monitor out put, which is on an optional video output card, which i don't have unfortunately. check the attached image for the backside of my debugger. i don't have a camera to take high-res pics right now, only my cell phone. :/

first, you should check if your scsi card can find the VUE-Debugger. The VUE-Debugger should appear on the adaptec post screen during bootup.

If that's ok, you need a driver for the VUE-Debugger. Windows should alert 'new hardware found' or similar.

And then you can use your program.
