to the op, - just get some points from play-asia, that should work without a hitch.

I was looking on ebay but they want to much
and Play-Asia wants a large fee to ship the thing, which I don't need it shipped I only need the code.

ALSO I can trade USA points for them if anyone needs them

 

hmm, did you try to contact customer support at play-asia?
maybe they could just email you the code.

 

You can do Play Asia I think, but they will mail you the card. You can find someone in Japan to get you a point card and email you the code (no shipping). I just sold a few 1400 point cards for $26.50.
