    I have PS2 scph-10000 (v0, the first japanese model of PS2) boxed in mint condition. It was only used for a very small time.
    I can sell it or trade it.

    I also have one of the above (jap scph10000) but it's not quite as 'mint' as it's been chipped/modded about 4x over the years and has had at least one new laser fitted.

    It also has a tendency to overheat and stop working. I'd love to know (once and for all...) if it is true about the early models having poor fan/cooling systems, or was my ps2 just over-used?

    It's for sale/trade also!
