    I only killed one PSOne console before I got it right in a SCPH-9001 console :lol: seriously, as long as you have patience and a SMALL soldering iron, take your time and you should be fine :thumbsup:

    I have a couple of chips left over from years ago when I modded mine, I think they're stealth. If you send me a console I'll mod it for you for a small fee, PM if you're interested.

    I've got a 7001, 7501 and 9001 modded with stealth chips but I don't think I can get shipping costs as low as you'd like. USPS demands about $40 for a flat rate box.

    International shipping sucks. I had to pay USPS $13 for them to send a Gameboy game to UK. It took 3 weeks and got stuck in customs on it's way over as well. I hate it and refuse to ever do it again.

    That sounds kind of high. Did you send it priority international? I have sent stuff to New Zealand & Australia from the US using first class international for more stuff and less cost without an issue.

    I'm in Newcastle under Lyme. You're welcome to drop it off if that's more convenient, though assuming you're in the UK postage shouldn't be too bad (I'd just need the base unit, obviously).
