    I've been wanting to get a hold of a Sega Saturn console with the Universal chip installed along with AV/Power cords and a controller. Any model is fine, although I would prefer a model 2 controller. Not a dealbreaker at all, though. I was hoping to stick around $80-$90 but I'm flexible.

    If you're not looking for a console without a region-free BIOS installed I *might* be able to help you out. My norm is to get a new Saturn, swap out the BIOS, and then install a chip in that order (most popular configuration people want) but I might have a model 2 sitting around I haven't cracked open. Shoot me a PM if you're still looking.

    If you can't manage to get one from APE (APE is a solid seller/buyer and from the US) for any reason, i got a Model 2 here with a region free bios + Phantom Universal but without a controller and in good shape.
