Simple question, anyone know where I can buy a decent RGB cable for the Megadrive? There's a couple on Ebay for a tenner, which I'd settle for, but I have no idea if they're worth that or whether they're just cheap shit overpriced.

Alternatively if someone has one going for a reasonable price, PM and let me know.

I got one of the ones from ebay for £10. Picture was a bit shit til i put 3x caps on the RGB lines. I bodged it a bit tho so that the scart plugs plastic case wouldn't fit, I'm sure if you could be bothered you could do it better though. Mines just held together with electrical tape from that.

Exactly what I was worried about, thanks for the advice. I'm not afraid of soldering irons but I don't really want to pay for something that's broken in the first place.

Seems to be a semi-common problem with "homebrew" style RGB cables. Yeah they work, but unless you add the caps, the signals a bit weak. This is also a somewhat common issue with doing RGB mods to several consoles.
