    As title I need a Nes uk power supply so my 5 year old son
    can appreciate how good old games are LOL!

    If you want just to play NES games, you can buy any 9-12v 1A+ or universal PSU. It can be Sega Megadrive, SNES, or older Panasonic wireless phone/answering machine (12v) PSU - these can be used without any modifications. I also have 10v PSU from some UK wireless phone (can't say anything about model because PSU label is damaged, it says BABT on upper part of the label, 10v DC 2A on the lower, and phone was stolen 20 years ago), works perfectly with NES/SNES too. I'm pretty sure it won't be hard to find one of those in Liverpool.

    P.S. It can be even simple 9V transformer, because PAL NES/SNES use AC power (only PAL!), but can accept DC power too.
