WTB: Jet Set Radio Future case and manual

Hey guys. I found a copy of Jet Set Radio Future in the cupboards of the house I moved into. Problem is, it's just the disk, no case or manual. So I was wondering if by chance one of you guys might have the case and manual for it. I'm looking for the original release, not the combo release version
    .
    OTHER WTB
So I have an NTSC NES back in Australia, but I'd always thought I'd like to replace it with one that's not yellowed on the top likely current one is. This also means I wouldn't need to post my original one over. I figured that since the NES is pretty common in the states so one of you guys might be able to source one for me. There's always eBay, but it seems like everyone there is now using the global shipping program, so shipping costs as much as the console is worth.

So yeah, I just looking for a regular old NES. It's as much for display as it is for play, so I'm looking for one that isn't yellowed and with no major damage. I know I could always retrobrite a yellowed one, but I've found that retrobrite wears off over time and the only way to solve this problem is to seal the plastic with a sealant spray, but this effects the finish and texture of the console, so I prefer to just get one that was never yellowed.

in terms of accessories, I'm looking for a controller (again, not yellowed and with no major damage). If Japanese Famicom AC adapters are compatible with the NES (I'm guessing they might be since the NES' internals are very similar to the Famicom) then I won't need one. Otherwise, I will and I'd be looking for an original Nintendo brand one.

The classic "toaster" front loader please. Although I plan to use RGB eventually, I'll probably end up doing that mod myself at a later stage, so stock.

I suspected it might, good old versatile Famicom PSU!

While I am still looking for a NTSC NES, I've also got a WTB for a Jet Set Radio Future case and manual. For some reason, the updated title doesn't show correctly outside this thread.

You could try asking over at NintendoAge if no luck here.
