WTB: NTSC NR Reader

Now I am looking for a fully functioning NR Reader becuase a friend is helping me get a hold of some interesting NR discs. I have two friends helping me search, but every little bit helps.

I am looking for a fully-functional NTSC NR reader. Having the box and documentation is not important as long as the unit is in working order, and has the ability to read NR discs.

My budget is between 100 and 150 USD, depending on whether or not the unit has any kind of aesthetic damage to it, or if the Reader has the box with it, etc.

My primary payment method is PayPal, but I can also send a money order rather quickly through the mail if I need to.
