WTB: Original Xbox and/or GameCube (AUS)

I was thinking of adding an original Xbox and a GameCube to my collection, but I thought I'd check here before I go looking on eBay. So, who here has an original Xbox (black version) and a GameCube (indigo version) in good cosmetic condition? Located in Australia would be best. Non-working would be OK, since consoles are repairable most of the time.

 

It'd probably cost me $20 to send one to you... How much are you looking at spending on an XBOX? I could sell one to you for $30 or so.

 

Not bad, but shipping would probably be cheaper for me if I brought one locally. Plus, I'd need some kinda region mod to play local games.

Hmmmm, might be worthwhile! I wonder if there's many releases that never came out in PAL territories? Is the console in good cosmetic condition? The Xbox has an internal PSU doesn't it? I'd probably also need to locate a 240v PSU, so I don't need to plug it into my step-down converter. Oh, are you including controllers, cables and so on?

 

No no, no need for a step down. It's a 240v system.
The PSU is inside the unit, just uses a figure 8 plug. The system is nice yes. If you require images I can send you some.

 

Oh cool! Yeah, pictures would be nice! Also, does it come with controllers and cords?

 

Sadly I don't have any "spare" controllers to sell to you man sorry. If you're not picky you can find generic ones for about $6, or just watch eBay for some. If I manage to bump into some then I'd be happy to sell them to you. I'll PM you the images tomorrow. It's night time now
