    Hey all,
    I'm looking for a junk / dead PS1 SCPH-1000 (JPN) motherboard.
    However the BIOS chip must be fully functional and version 1.0J.
    (Ideally I wish to purchase the BIOS chip v1.0J alone but that might be too specific ^^)

    The attached picture shows the BIOS chip revision I'm looking for. It is marked:
