    Hello! If you already have a PS2 and you are willing to ship me your memory card/buy a premodded memcard from me I guess I can offer a softmod for under 10€ (shipping excluded)
    I can load FMCB/OPL/uLE or pretty anything else, but as i'm in Italy and you are in the US, you are better off ask someone near you (less shipping fees)

    I do not have a ps2 reason im looking to purchase a premodded ps2, and I want it to be modded where i can download and burn the games on to a disk and just play. I don't want to have to do any kinda tricks or swaps ect.

    Well, the point in softmodding is that you can load games directly from an USB drive or the internal drive.
