Interested in any playstation prototype hardware.

I know someone here has an early snes style PS1 controller, which I would be very interested in if anyone has a similar pad-or if he is willing to seperate with it. And I'd be especially interested in the boomerang:lol:

Also looking for the first version PS1 analog controller, that is the version with long handles and no rumble.

On the subject of oddities, don't forget the hotel PS1 controllers - just the same as normal ones but with an RJ11-style lead on them (plugs into a TV for distributed content delivery so they can charge you by the minute...)

I know for a fact it is at the very back of the room I have pictured here in the collections thread.

If I was dying of a disease and needed to raise cash for a cure it would be one of the last items I sold. Prototype hardware is and has always been my main focus.

I do have a few prototype keyboard/mouse controllers which are closer to the front. I also have a PSone debug which some consider to be a prototype as it was sent out not as a debug but to review the new style system. I would consider selling these items but they won't be cheap.

I'm pretty sure those non-rumble controllers were even available down here back in the day, the article even says they were released in the US for a little while.

I'm sure you could probably find them in pawn shops or something in that case? (I distinctly remember those thumb-sticks with the little concave)
