    Just picked up a PSone cheap at a garage sale and all the games i want to play cost a fortune so i wondered how cheap I could pick a modchip up for.

    Pretty much yeah. Im not spending 50-60 bucks for FF7 unless i see it at a garage sale for like 3. Not like I can't play it on my pc already. Just wondering if anyone randomly had one lieing around.

    I've got the code for ps1 chips I just need the chips and a programmer.

    I also have a single mod chip that came out of a psone...

    Buying a modded ps1/psone is usually the same price as the standalone chip :) given that its not boxed/looks like shit or isn't in the audiophile series.

    Besides who needs a chip? buy 1 original game and swap it during boot with a copy.
