    I'm looking for a couple digital video encoder chips pulled off dead (or whatever) ps2 boards... this is the one right by the multi-av out on the bottom of the board- needs to be removed cleanly - I just don't have a heatgun, and am not in the mood to buy one just for a proof-of-concept.

    can anyone (hopefully with a stack of dead or parts donor ps2's) help me?
