US WTB: PS2 TOOL T10k or T15k. Any variant, plus docs

Looking for any version of the PS2 TOOL.
I know that expecting an exact configuration is being too hopeful, so I've listed my priorities below.

Desired configuration from greatest desired to least desired:

1. A T15k, fully functional and in good cosmetic condition
2. A T15k in any condition
3. A T10k equipped with the PCI815VE host card (blue vga port)
4. Any model, having at least partial functionality, and preferably in acceptable cosmetic condition.
5. Parts, only if they're fully functional

I am willing to consider international offers, but I like to avoid shipping TOOLs long distances when ever possible. (The horrors...)

Also looking for any of the manuals or docs that were included with the original PS2 development kit from Sony. EE Programming, GS User's Manual, etc.

I've regretted selling my TOOL for far too long. I need that beauty back in my life <3, or maybe 2.
