WTB: PS3 - potentially w/bad BD-ROM

Looks like I'll be getting a 3k3y soon and I currently don't a PS3 at all. The 3k3y is the PATA version and thus I need something between CECHAxx and CECHKxx.

If the BD-ROM is dead no worries as the 3k3y will be handling games, in fact if the price is enough of a difference from a fully working model I'd prefer it. As for specific models it'd be nice to find a CECHExx as I'm not 100% sure I won't miss having backwards compatibility or the card reader but I'm also not sure how reliable the older models are compared to the CECHKxx.

 

Hi there. I have a CECHG12 console, white, not reading games atm. I was gonna get it fixed, but since i'm selling my collection and games, i guess it doesnt make any sense to pay to get it fixed and then try to sell it. If you want it as is, then it's good for me. I dont have a clue what to ask for, just make me an offer and i'll send it to you.
