    One thing I would suggest is either eBay (if you're extremely lucky; I found a guy called mefenn who may still have one lying around somewhere. Most, if not all, belonged to Sony Online Entertainment. Give him a try, you may be surprised!) or Yahoo Auctions (which is in Japanese; use a translator is my suggestion, but is very handy if you're trying to find consoles such as these). This site has become a bit quiet in recent history. You can't go wrong with the DECHA00A's. They're amazing! Good luck with the search and let us know how you go!
