Then you are offering more than they are worth, you can and will obtain one cheaper than that by a long shot.

It's a unit you need patience for, not a big bank account! They come up only now and again, but of course someone slapping £1500 on the table rather than £800 is bound to attract a seller as he is going to make £700 more. Perhaps "the wise buyer is a cunning seller at heart" (as the Chinese saying goes) - Good luck, but please don't over inflate the prices ;-)
