    Is this something Public Domain? I don't think making bootlegs for the express purpose of being a bootleg is something allowed here.

    Or get a better car stereo. There's MP3 capable ones available starting from less than $20 shipped. That is, unless you feel you have to keep your oldtimer's stock looks, of course...

    Plenty of good alternative options here.

    As for the bootlegginess of this - From what I see this is a demo from a Swedish band. I'd actually be surprised if this had a legitimate copyright on it, so therefore what the user is asking for might not be a bootleg of copyrighted material. However... I'm also not a lawyer, and this is from about a minute or two of looking this up. Let's just consider this grey until further looked into.
