I live in the USA. I'm looking for a certain Nintendo 64. The model I'm after is a late year revision 3 to support the RGB mod and have the C-SYNC already on it. It should but doesn't have to be a late year model with the revision A CPU. USA or JAP models will be fine as long as they are revision "NUS-CPU-3" preferably with a "CPU-NUS A" over the earlier "CPU-NUS" CPU models. Looking for 2 if possible. Even just the main PCB is fine as long as it works. I have the other stuff to make them complete consoles.

Wanna sell so I can make an N64 portable using RGB on a PS1 screen? I am interested in it if you want to sell. Mind giving a picture or 2 of the PCB so I know it is a NUS-CPU 4 model? Also, either give me a price here or PM one. BTW, it is not VGA compatible, it's RGB compatible. Similar but use different sync signals. VGA uses 2 sync signals. A vertical and a horizontal sync. RGB uses a single C (composite) sync. They also run at different frequencies. VGA can be done with a sync separator that splits the C sync into H and V syncs. might not have to mess with the frequencies on some VGA monitors. The missing C sync on this revision won't be a problem since I know how to pull the missing signal from the composite video out for this.

Using Composite video for sync gives a terrible picture (covered many times on this forum).

    You should use Luma (Y)

Thanks for the tip dude. Should make the project go easier then.

Also, I'm still looking for 1 of the consoles mentioned above. Just 1 now. Can be a revision 4 as well now that the missing C sync on these models won't be a problem.
