WTB Sega Dreamcast MIDI Cable (HKT-9200)

Hi guys, I've been searching for a few months for the Dreamcast MIDI cable to no avail. They were pretty rare, and only released in japan from what I can tell. I know they're on yj a few times a year, but as I'm U.S based that's no use to me, and I'd rather not go through third-party importers. I have Otoire already, which is the only game that supports it. As a music producer that loves the Dreamcast to death, I'd love to start making music with it! I've already started messing with Otoire's game files to replace the stock drum samples with more modern ones, next is the instrument samples.

Any help would be awesome, as I'm learning C and want to create a proper digital audio workstation for the dreamcast(and possibly a homemade midi controller, if I can figure it out)
