WTB: Sega Dreamcast

I'm seriously pissed with ebay and their ridiculous prices. So who wants to sell me a Dreamcast? I don't really care if its NTSC-U or -J or PAL, since there are a lot pf patching possibilities or swapdiscs or whatever, you know the deal. Can anybody tell me what Voltage the american one needs? 110V only or does it accept 230V too? Doesn't need to be boxed or anything but has to look ok I just want to play!


How much is a BBA these days?

 

American Dreamcasts will never accept 230v. Not without a flaming death, that is. Have you checked locally? They usually have good deals...

 

You can place an 220V power supply in every DC unit for using it in DE.
I can offer you "an *edit* a" brand new VMU and an controller if you need...

What you like to play on dc?

 

just fixed a doa japan that had a 220v load all it was a fuse 1.6a and a cap and powered on again :thumbsup:

 

i want it for Quake III, PSO, Millenium Soldier, Rez, Confidential Mission, House of the Dead, D2, KISS Psycho Circus etc etc

 

maybe raylyd my friend has an dc for you. Not sure what you ready to spend, but i know cheapest pal dc you will find in uk(over ebay.co.uk).
