WTB: Sega Mega Drive/Genesis Dev Hardware/Sofware

I am definitely not in the economic position to just go buying stuff right away, but I am willing to save up if I see what people out there have and are willing to sell. Hardware can be anything, those coder cables, Mega CD dev units, etc... As for software, I am looking for mainly first party software used by Sega, but stuff like PsyQ and Cross Products is fine too. (Note, I already have the psyq-seg.zip floating around out there, so please don't offer that to me).
