WTB: Sega Saturn, modded with multi-region and 50/60hz

Hello

I'd like to buy a Sega Saturn with a mod-chip installed that will allow the running of ISOs, a multi-region switch that will let me play PAL/NTSC games and a 50/60hz switch.

I'd prefer one with a multi-bios so that it will just play any region game without me having to flick switches rather than one that controls the region with a switch, although if no multi-bios machines turn up then I'd be willing to settle for a switched one.

A model 1 would be preferred, but again I'd settle for a model 2 if none of those turn up.
