    I think I've seen 3 for sale over the last 5 years.
    Only one had software.
    If you're buying it just for development needs I would recommend to buy something else, if it's for historical/collection reasons then I could understand it.

    No one makes four of anything. More like 200.
    Nintendo was just more anal about destroying their
    older hardware.

    I cant speak for d4s, but he is I think the only one that use this Unit and so far i think he never will sell his unit... But never say never right? ;-)

    It was theirs to do with as they pleased. Under the contract, it had to be returned to Nintendo (where it would be destroyed) or destroyed, much like any dev gear technically. They were just more bothered about it getting back to them in those days.

    Babu, you saw one with software?? I thought noone had the software for them?
