WTB: Soldering help in SoCal (A/V Famicom RGB)

I have a A/V Famicom and am trying to RGB-mod it, but I suck at soldering, particularly at desoldering. Anyone in SoCal that I could hire for this?

 

for some tips for desoldering, get some soldering braid, it's a copper-colored fabric that picks up molten solder, you put that on top of the solder balls (the spikes under the component)
and put a tiny amount of solder of the soldering iron and press that on to the braid, when it comes to hiring i cannot help.
