    As the title states, I'm hoping to track down a respected member here, in the USA who can do this for me...
    I'd feel far more comfortable than sending it out to someone on ebay...

    I don't believe he is on this site, but I know him over on Se7ensins and does a great quick downgrade job. You'd have to contact him for more details.
