WTB: Sonic & Knuckles collectables (figures)

I'm looking to buy some packaged or unpackaged Sonic & Knuckles figures known as 'collectables'.

They were released around the '95/'96 mark and were available in newsagents in the UK sold as singular units. The packets never revealed which one you would get a bit like FF:trading arts. Each one is around 2-3 inches high.

The only time I've ever seen them on the net is here: http://gagaman.deviantart.com/art/Me-Sega-Collection-2nd-edition-24998520 where a collector has some in what appears to be sets of four, as far as I know they were never released like that in the UK but I know so little about them I could be wrong.

I know what he/she has is the same because I own Sonic and Tails and use to own Knuckles.

I'm very keen to find these as they would compliment my collection.
