    I think it'd be tough to get one in good condition with that price. They are not come up that often and when they do, the usually seller demands a lot for it.

    € 290 = $ 385,00 for USD, I think is honest price for that, SCE asking less for it (€ 249 for EU).

    you need to be a licensed developer and have to sign a contract promising to come up with a product within one year in order to get that kit with that price
